• Information about possible consequences of using the credit or failing to fulfill contract obligations:

  The interest rate for using the credit within the grace period (up to 62 days) is 0.00001% per annum. Beyond the grace period — the base rate is 3.1% per month from the moment the debt arises.

  In case of overdue obligations under the contract, a late payment fee of 6.2% per month applies. Learn more about rates and pricing.

  When obtaining the credit:

  • The borrower repays the amount according to the terms of the contract and the law;
  • The borrower may incur expenses in the form of interest and fees;
  • The credit limit amount may change.

  In case of late repayment or other contract violations:

  • Penalties may apply to the borrower;
  • We may demand early repayment and compensation for losses caused by the contract violation;
  • We may engage collection agencies if the borrower fails to repay the debt.

  We are prohibited from:

  • Requiring the client to purchase any goods or services related to us;
  • Unilaterally amending contracts concluded with clients, except in cases provided for by the contract and the law.

  The client has the right to:

  • Opt out of receiving promotional communications via the customer care chat;
  • Withdraw from the consumer credit agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of signing, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Lending”.
