monobank Child’s Card

A Сhild’s Сard can be opened for children aged 6 to 14 via the link.
In the app, on the main screen, tap “All cards” → “Open a card” → “Child card”.
Or swipe through all cards to the right until the last page and tap “Open a card”. Then fill in the details, follow the prompts, and send the child a registration link. After confirming activation in the app, the card will be ready.

In the app, the child taps on their card → “Issue a plastic card” and follows the prompts.
The card will be black or yellow depending on the app theme. Issuance and delivery cost 100 UAH, delivered by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta (6–8 days).
After receiving the card, it needs to be activated in the child’s app: “Physical card sent” → “Activate plastic card” → scan the card.

A Child’s Card you can buy in Avrora, Budynok Igrashok, Antoshka, and Knigolend stores (50 UAH will be refunded after activation).
The child activates the card in their monobank app — through the “More” menu → “Scanner” → scan the QR code inside the envelope.
If the child previously had a plastic card, reissuing a new one costs 100 UAH, delivery is included in the issuance cost.

A card can be reissued in the child’s app: tap on the card → scroll down → “Reissue card”. A new virtual card will be created instantly. You can reissue a virtual card for free 3 times per year, each subsequent reissue costs 100 UAH.

From the age of 14, a child can get their own black card.
First, the child or parent needs to request that the child card be closed via support. After that, the child should register in the monobank app using their passport and tax identification number.
