###Information on possible consequences of using credit or failing to meet obligations:
Minimum credit amount – 1,000 UAH
Maximum credit amount – 100,000 UAH
Minimum interest payment period – 2 days
Maximum credit term – 1 year

####When receiving a credit:

• The client who has obtained a credit must repay the amount in accordance with the terms of the agreement and applicable law.
• The client may incur costs in the form of interest and fees.
• The credit limit may be subject to change.

####In case of late repayment or other breaches of the agreement:

• A penalty may be applied to the client.
• We may require early repayment of amounts due and compensation for damages.
• We reserve the right to engage debt collection companies in the event of non-repayment.

####We are prohibited from:

• Requiring the client to purchase any goods or services related to us.
• Unilaterally amending agreements concluded with clients, except in cases provided for by the agreement and applicable law.

####The client has the right to:

• Refuse to receive promotional communications via the customer support chat.
• Withdraw from the consumer credit agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of its conclusion in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Lending”.

You can split any purchase within your personal limit for Installments and Split Payments. You can check your current limit in the Credits section of the mono app, where you’ll see the total amount available for purchases

You can set up installments for almost any purchase made with your monobank card, as long as the amount exceeds 1,000 UAH. This applies to purchases in virtually any store, from AliExpress to Amazon. The key requirement is that the transaction meets the product criteria and was made no more than 7 days ago

There’s no limit on the number of active installment agreements. You can have as many installment plans as you like, as long as the total outstanding balance across all plans doesn’t exceed your available credit limit

The installment fee is 1.9% per month, calculated on the original purchase amount

Yes. You can fully repay your installment plan at any time in the app. Please note that the fee is calculated on the original purchase amount for the entire selected term, so it isn’t recalculated in case of early repayment and is charged for the full period

Once you confirm the installment plan in the app, the full purchase amount (minus the first payment) is credited back to your account. You can use these funds again right away
