Split Payments don’t have extra charges, even when they come from your credit limit.

In the app, go to Credits and tap your agreement. Then hit “Pay early” and pick a card (black or white). Paying with credit funds? No fee.

If you return something within 14 days, the seller tells us and we automatically cancel the agreement. Refund hits your card in 1–2 business days.

First one — immediately at checkout. After that — same date every month. Say you buy on May 20 — charges come on June 20, July 20, August 20.

It is a free installment plan that allows you to split the cost of an item into several payments. You buy the product now and pay for it in equal parts over the chosen period.

There are three ways to do it:

1. In an online store, look for the mono paw: choose a product, proceed to checkout, and select the Split Payments by mono
   
2. In a physical store: tell the seller that you want to use Split Payments by monobank. You will receive a push notification in the app for confirmation
   
3. Via the “Loans” menu: find partners directly in the app, go to their website, and make your purchase
