• Information on possible consequences of using a deposit

  Fees may apply for payment and other services we provide, in accordance with the rates set out in your agreement. If we are unable to verify the origin of funds you deposit, we may need to ask you about this. We are required by law to ensure that no prohibited activity is taking place. You may resolve any such restrictions yourself by submitting the relevant supporting documents to the bank. Deposit income is subject to taxation in accordance with applicable law. We handle all tax payments on your behalf. Anyone who has breached their obligations under the agreement has the right to demonstrate that the breach occurred due to force majeure circumstances.

  Early withdrawal is only available if you selected that option when opening your deposit. At the time of opening, you will be able to see whether your returns will be reduced in the event of early withdrawal.

  In the event of a late withdrawal request: If you have not cancelled auto-renewal in the monobank app before your deposit’s end date, it will automatically renew for a new term at the current rates. You may also retrieve your funds within two days of the start of the new term.

  We are prohibited from:

  Requiring the client to purchase any goods or services related to us. Unilaterally amending agreements concluded with clients, except in cases provided for by the agreement and applicable law.
