    Interest during the grace period (up to 62 days) — 0.00001% per annum; beyond the grace period — base rate of 3.1% per month from the date the debt arises.

    • The borrower repays the amount according to the terms of the contract and the law;
    • The borrower may incur expenses in the form of interest and fees;
    • The credit limit amount may change.

    In case of late repayment or other contract violations:

    • Penalties may apply to the borrower;
    • We may demand early repayment and compensation for losses caused by the contract violation;
    • We may engage collection agencies if the borrower fails to repay the debt.

    • Requiring the client to purchase any goods or services related to us;
    • Unilaterally amending contracts concluded with clients, except in cases provided for by the contract and the law.

    The client has the right to:

    Opt out of receiving promotional communications via the customer care chat;

  • Yes, the Platinum card runs on both Visa Infinite and Mastercard World Elite platforms — giving you 2 cards to one account. Access status and usage details are available in the monobank app under card settings.

    • Visa Infinite — access via DragonPass. Free entry when you spend ₴10,000 or more in the last 30+5 days (the last 5 days and departure day are not counted).
    • Mastercard World Elite — access via LoungeKey. Same conditions: ₴10,000+ spent in the last 30+5 days, excluding the last 5 working days and departure day.

How do I get the IRON Card?

Miles vs cashback — what's the difference?

  • Miles are a type of bonus points. Spend anything on your card and we’ll add miles — use them to cover the cost of any flight or train ticket, worldwide. Unlike cashback, miles stack up on every purchase, no category picking needed. So they tend to add up faster.

Why does the bank give out miles?

  • Every time you pay by card, the merchant pays a fee — some of it goes to the bank, some to Visa or Mastercard. Out of every ₴1,000 you spend, around ₴15 ends up with us and the payment network. Miles are our way of sharing that back with you. Simple as that.

How do I earn miles?

  • Miles are added automatically on every purchase — no categories to pick. You get 15 miles per ₴1,000 spent, up to 100,000 miles a month. Miles are valid for 2 years.

How do I spend my miles?

  • Use them to cover the cost of any flight or train ticket, worldwide. 1 mile = ₴1, redeemed in multiples of 1,000. You can only redeem against tickets already paid for with your card — not pending charges — purchased within the last 12 months. Any applicable taxes are on us.
