monobank is introducing an open banking model aligned with NBU requirements, letting you share account data with third-party services only with your consent.
What is Open Banking
Open Banking is a model of collaboration between the bank and third-party financial services.
You decide who can access information about your accounts or initiate payments from your monobank account.
With your consent, you can connect your monobank accounts to other financial apps—for example, to track expenses or make payments.
Access is granted only after you confirm it and in accordance with the National Bank of Ukraine requirements.
monobank is a payment service provider in the open banking model. The bank ensures the operation of specialized account access interfaces according to NBU regulations.
Technical interaction terms (AISP and PISP)
Below are the baseline terms under which monobank's open banking interfaces will operate after launch.
Account information access (AISP)
A third-party service can receive:

Terms of cooperation with third-party providers
Access conditions to the specialized interfaces are identical for all third-party providers. monobank does not offer individual or priority terms. The interaction procedure is defined by the bank's internal documents in accordance with regulator requirements.
- Changes affecting interfaces are communicated at least one month before deployment.
- Maintenance that may affect availability is announced at least one business day in advance.
