Open the app, go to ‘Other payments’ → ‘Charity’, find the fund or fundraiser you want to support, select your card, enter the amount, and confirm the payment.

Charities generally don’t issue refunds. But reach out to our support team — we’ll look into it and do our best to help.

All donations hit the main account the very next day as a single lump sum. We automatically email the transaction registry to the person in charge: whatever is processed today is automatically paid out to the account tomorrow.

For the main Charity Banka and additional fundraisers, funds are credited as a single payment. To see the breakdown for each Banka separately, we email you daily registries with all the details.

You’ll need a laptop, PC, or tablet for this. Create a Jar, follow the link, and hit ‘Run a giveaway’ (bottom right). Scan the QR code with your app to log in. Next, pick the giveaway type — all participants, donations over a certain amount, or top donators — and tap ‘Shuffle and draw’. Winners will get an app notification to fill in their details. Donators from other banks can leave their contact info in the payment comment so we can reach them. Heads up: you can run a giveaway up to three times per Charity Banka.

Yes, via your Banka link. The amount is automatically converted and credited in UAH. The maximum limit for a single donation is the equivalent of 29,999 UAH.

In the app, go to ‘Other payments’ → ‘Scheduled payments’ → ‘Schedule a payment’ → ‘Charity’. Choose the fund, amount, and frequency. Just note: recurring payments can only be made from your own personal funds.
