On the app’s main screen, tap All cards, then Open a card, and select eRecovery card. Alternatively, swipe through all your cards to the right until the last page and tap Open a card. It will be opened instantly and free of charge. You can apply for the program via the Diia app or portal: go to Services and select eRecovery.

Once you receive your payout, you can order a plastic card right in the app. To do this, tap your card, select Issue physical card, and follow the prompts. Card issuance is free, with a 50 UAH delivery fee.

Yes! The eRecovery (Repairs) cashback category is automatically enabled for your eRecovery card. It will show up in the app after your first cashback credit. Please note that this category is exclusive to the eRecovery card and won’t apply to other cards. The maximum cashback is up to UAH 500 per month across all categories.

Unfortunately, no. Funds from this card can only be spent via cashless payments with participating merchants under eligible construction MCC codes. Details here.

eRecovery funds can only be spent on home repairs. The main rule is that products and services must be purchased from participating program partners. Payments are processed strictly via card terminals—transfers using IBAN or card number are not supported. You can check the list of partners here. If you are paying via Apple Pay or Google Pay, make sure you’ve selected the eRecovery card and that your online payment limit is sufficient. If you run into an issue, message us and we’ll check it out.

These funds must be spent within 12 months of receipt on repairing damaged property. Unused funds automatically revert to the state after 12 months.

To accept eRecovery payments, you need to register your business and payment terminal via Diia. The terminal itself must be configured with the program’s eligible MCC codes. More information here. For example, if your POS terminal is registered in the program, but you charge the customer via a payment link, the transaction will fail. If an error occurs, write to us and we’ll check the MCC code and terminal settings to help resolve the issue.

We can provide your terminal’s Merchant ID in support chat. Just text us specifying the account or terminal you need it for, and we’ll fetch the details. You will need to enter this ID when registering your business as an eRecovery participant in Diia. Make sure the Merchant ID entered in Diia is correct—otherwise, eRecovery card payments will not go through.

Check if your eRecovery card is active in mono and that your Diia app is updated. Then try logging out of Diia and signing back in—your card should appear.

It is technically not possible to open a second eRecovery card. Under program rules, each card can receive only one payout for damaged property. If the card has already been used for a payout, it cannot be reused for a new one. In this case, you need to close your current card and open a new one. To close your card, contact our support team.
