Can't scan the QR code?

  • No worries — just type the link on the packaging into your browser and activate from there.

Can I pick my own card number in store?

  • Not quite — all cards come sealed. Your number’s waiting inside.

I'm under 14 — can I still get a card?

  • Yep — pick up the monobank kids’ card at most partner stores in black or yellow. One of your parents will need to set it up in the app first.

How do I tell the kids' card from the adult one?

  • The pack says ‘Kids’ Card for ages 6–14’ — that’s the one.

Lost or tossed your QR code?

  • Just reach out to our support team — we’ll get it sorted.

What if I skip the QR scan?

  • You’ll be routed through the general sign-up flow and asked to visit a pickup point. No worries — just re-scan your QR code to jump straight to activation.
