Get your pension with monobank

There are 2 ways:

1.In person at a Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) office or an Administrative Service Centre (TsNAP). Download the application from mono and print it out first.

2.Online through the PFU portal

• Go to the Pension Fund portal and click “Log in” in the top-right corner. You can sign in with mono via BankID.
• Then select “Changes to pension records” in the bottom-left menu and choose the application for changing your payment details.
• Fill in the form and make sure to enter the IBAN of your mono card.

Any virtual or physical UAH card, whether credit or debit. It can be a Black, Platinum, IRON, White, ATB or Diia.Card. We recommend using a debit card such as White or Diia.Card, so your pension stays separate from your credit funds.

Not really. A virtual card gives you all the same features. You’ll only need a physical card if you want to withdraw cash from an ATM, although some ATMs let you simply tap your phone.

On the home screen in the app, select “All cards”, tap “Open a card”, then choose “White card”.

The virtual card is free. A physical card costs UAH 100, but we’ll refund it as soon as your first pension payment arrives.

Tap your White card in the app and go to settings. Then select “Order a physical card”. Delivery within Ukraine is free, while international delivery depends on the postal service rates. Your physical card will be ready within 7 days.

You can also withdraw cash at Universal Bank branches and our partner banks — A-Bank, Ukrgasbank and Accordbank. Cash withdrawals are also available at the checkout when you pay at participating petrol stations, pharmacies and supermarkets.

You can withdraw the cashback to your credit card and spend it however you like. Just tap your cashback balance and select “Withdraw cashback”.

On the first day of the month after your first pension payment to mono. For example, if you receive your first payment on 10 November, you’ll be able to select the 5% Healthcare category on 1 December.

No. Under Resolution No. 1596, clause 11, anyone receiving a pension can change the bank they use for payments, as long as the new bank has a payment agreement with the PFU. mono operates under the banking licence of JSC Universal Bank, so there are no legal grounds for the PFU to refuse your request to switch banks.
