National Cashback Card

It’s a free card that lets you earn government cashback when you buy Ukrainian-made products.

No. The National Cashback card is free to open and has no maintenance fees.

You’ll earn 5% or 15%, depending on the product category. For example, food, pharmacy products and car accessories earn 5%, while electronics, clothing, footwear, toys, household products, DIY supplies and some other categories earn 15%.

Up to UAH 3,000 a month. The minimum cashback amount is UAH 2.

Open a National Cashback card with monobank and select it in Diia as your payout card. Then link the cards you use for purchases in Diia and shop for eligible Ukrainian-made products. Your cashback will build up automatically.

You can find the full list of eligible products on the Made in Ukraine programme website, or scan a product’s barcode in Diia to check it instantly.

You’ll see your cashback in Diia the day after your purchase. Cashback earned during the month is paid to your card at the end of the following month.

You can spend your cashback on utility bills, postal services, charity and support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as Ukrainian-made food, books, medicines and medical products at participating stores. You can’t withdraw it as cash or transfer it to another card.

Yes. You’ll need Diia to select your payout card and keep track of your cashback.

Of course. Your National Cashback card is simply added alongside your other mono cards and works as a separate account for programme payouts.

No. Excise goods aren’t eligible, except for certain alcoholic drinks made without added alcohol, including grape and fruit wines and mead. Cashback is only available on products that manufacturers and retailers have registered for the programme.
