Customer notice

That failure to meet these obligations may result in enforcement measures under Ukrainian law and the Agreement, including penalties, and/or the bank may refuse service, and/or the bank may demand early repayment of outstanding debt—applies to all monobank | Universal Bank products (cards: monobank, monobank platinum, and IRON BANK; Instalments, Split Payments, and Credit «Until Tomorrow»), except deposits;
That deposits may be automatically renewed upon maturity, meaning if no withdrawal instruction is submitted to the bank within the timeframe specified in the deposit application, the deposit will be rolled over for a new term—applies to all deposits at monobank | Universal Bank;
That the client may opt out of receiving promotional materials from the bank via remote communication channels—applies to all monobank | Universal Bank products;
That the bank may not unilaterally amend the Agreement, except in cases explicitly provided by law and/or the Agreement—applies to all monobank | Universal Bank products;
That the client has the right to withdraw from the banking service within 14 days from the date of entering into the agreement.
