How do I receive a SEPA transfer?

Give the sender the bank details for your foreign currency or UAH card. Once the bank receives the money, it’ll be credited to that card automatically.

Can I send money via SEPA?

Right now, mono only supports incoming SEPA transfers. To send money abroad, use SWIFT or make a card-to-card transfer.

How long does a SEPA transfer take?

Usually 1 business day — faster than SWIFT.

What’s the difference between SEPA and SWIFT?

SEPA is for EUR transfers from Europe, with no intermediary bank fees and usually faster processing. SWIFT supports more currencies and countries, but intermediary fees may apply and transfers can take longer.
