Soft Collection Specialist
Soft Collection is a branch of monobank’s Care Team. Its mission is to support clients who are temporarily unable to repay their credit — and to find solutions together.

Average income: ₴25,000
What you’ll do:
- Call clients with overdue payments
- Explain how to avoid debt and get back on track
- Offer personalized solutions to close debts
- Remind clients about payment deadlines
- Provide consultations without pressure

What you need to get started:
- Willingness to work with people and really listen
- Strong communication skills — persuasive yet empathetic
